Buttermilk Falls State Park

A highlight of visiting the Finger Lakes is exploring the hiking trails sprawled throughout the area. We’re lucky to have one right in our backyard! We have an access point to a trail into Upper Buttermilk Falls State Park where you can hike through the scenic woodlands with your pup.

The Commons

At the center of Downtown Ithaca is a four-block pedestrian only section lined with local businesses including restaurants and shops where you can check out the vibe of the local culture. Recently, the City of Ithaca Common Council decided to allow all leashed dogs to enter the popular downtown attraction. Dog waste bag stations were even installed on the walkway.

Firelight Camps

Some of our favorite guests walk on all fours and greet us with wagging tails. We love having friendly, well-behaved dogs glamp with us, we just ask that dogs are not left alone in tents and are leashed in our common areas. There’s an additional $25 fee for pups to stay. Email us at reservations@firelightcamps.com to reserve a tent and come enjoy the great outdoors with your best bud.
